I’m Kate, and I’ve been a design nerd since the days of colouring in the corners of my school notebooks. While other kids were playing tag, I was sketching and exploring colour palettes — and that love for design has only grown stronger.

Growing up in the UK, I was the kid sketching in the margins instead of listening to maths. My love for art truly took flight on a school trip to Barcelona — Gaudí’s architecture, colour, and curves showed me how design could be both functional and breathtaking. That spark carried me across the world, and today I’m based in Brisbane, designing for clients near and far.
How EverKate Began
EverKate Designs started with something simple — creating business cards for my dad. From there came birthday invitations, baby showers, weddings, and eventually full brand identities for small businesses. Over the years, I blended my nerdy love for tech with my creative eye to expand into brand kits, websites, and cohesive design packages that help businesses look professional and polished across social media, email, and print.
How I work
Collaboration is my favourite part of the design process. I dig into your target audience, personal taste, and passion to create something that feels like you — not just a logo or colour palette. We’ll explore ideas together, refine, and revise until your brand feels like a story you’re proud to share.

Always Evolving
Even EverKate Designs has gone through at least six rebrands (because yes, even designers can’t resist tinkering). Each version has taught me that design isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about progress, creativity, and creating something that feels right for where you are now. That’s why I encourage my clients to see their brand as a living thing: always evolving, just like their business.
